ROLES
Content Manager
-Identify the needs of the different teams contributing to the project (designers, artists, programmers, marketing, testers, etc.)
-Propose and implement solutions to improve Confluence on the following aspects: "Navigation, Content, Appeal"
-Define and integrate the data structure of the project's WIKI.
-Produce in part and gather all the documentation (design, tech, workflow, lore, concept arts, etc...) necessary for the proper development of the project within the internal wiki (Confluence)
-Code in HTML/CSS + Confluence macros to improve the quality of life of the WIKI.
-Give training sessions to production teams :
-On the use of Confluence
-Presentation of the tools put in place
-Implementation of guidelines
-Maintain the quality of Confluence with the teams, regular monitoring and updating of the tools and supervise the proper updating of the documentation.
Project Coordinator (producer)
-Coordinate, synchronize and prioritize with other associate producers and leads
-Communicate daily with associate producers/project coordinators/leads and product owners to ensure that information provided is accurate and up to date and that teams are moving in the right direction with the best tools at their disposal
-Scrum Master: facilitate sprint planning, conduct daily stand up meetings, hold sprint retrospective meetings, hold sprint reviews and organize scrum teams.
-Contribute to the elaboration of roadmap and sprint planning that translate the project objectives and actions to be taken for the success of the project.
-Help the team to respect deadlines and project objectives.
-Creation of tasks and stories in JIRA
